Hi there, if you’ve been following along then you will know that I’m taking part in the 30 Day Blogging Challenge with Sarah Arrow (for the 2nd time) and combining it with a content challenge that was running last month in Jenn Scalia’s Little Black Business Book membership group. Today is day 19 of the challenge – How To Convert Website Visitors To Paying Clients. This post came about from a question posed by one of my Coaching Rocks group members, Sue Lee of Sue Lee Hypnotherapy.
- Have testimonials on your website (it’s so much better when someone else shouts about you and what you do!)
- Be human (let people get to see the real you)
- Tidy your website – keep things simple with what you’re offering and make it easy for them to buy from you (I’m working on this one myself)
- Create a freebie – what can you offer to clients to sign up to your list. Your email marketing strategy will allow you to connect with your ideal clients
- Explain who you are – tell people quickly who you are and what you’re offering, allowing your ideal client to know you’re the right fit and also to prevent time-wasters (back to that good old niching again!)
Action: Let me know in the comments below what strategies have you tried that are helping you to convert visitors to paying clients.
Ps – If you’re struggling to find paying clients, or simply want more of them, I’ve created a fab little freebie for you. Just fill in your details below and it will be winging its way over to your inbox in no time!
My client, Rebecca Ronane, who coaches women forward after 50, used this very technique with the following results in just a couple of days…
**Please note by signing up you will be added to my mailing list where I send out a weekly newsletter with some hints and tips to help you build your coaching business **

Have signed up for the freebie ~Ruby. Thank you. I’m still at the build an audience stage but found your hints great. Love you facing page that sends us to the various places!

Thanks Julia, let me know that you got it ok
I’m happy to jump on a free call with you if you want some hints and tips on where to get started. Just book a spot here… https://rubymcguire.com/can-book. I have toyed so many times with removing that sign post page – apparently it’s not the best marketing strategy but I love it!
