Finding the right pricing model is something we are always tweaking especially when you are charging your time. There is a pain point that you can’t break so finding the add-ons is critical.
Absolutely agree Pat, lots of tweaking and adding the value element is the fun part!

Love the clarity of your video, Ruby. This is a subject which always seems to cause angst so great to be able to refer people to a resource which sets it out so clearly.
Thanks for the great feedback Sue, yes it can cause a lot of angst. So often we can relate our self-worth to pricing so lots of issues can come up around it.

I don’t offer services, I sell bath & body products that I handcraft in small batches. But pricing and packaging were an eye-opener for me when I started. Packaging is my brand. I had to take a hard look at who I wanted to serve and what they are looking for. Then I had to realize I could just add a small percentage to my cost of goods. I needed to look at the true cost of making that product and the profit I needed to survive in the business. I think too many small businesses do not survive because they don’t think out pricing & packaging.
