This package is designed to help you focus on your business. I will help you put your business in the spotlight and review what steps you have taken so far in your business. Breaking this down into two parts the first session is a combination of discovery and Coaching. This will then be followed up with a Coaching and/or Mentoring session on a different day.
Both sessions last 60 minutes. Through questioning and insight we will explore a vision together and go on to identify the gaps between where you are currently in all aspects of your business. The follow up session will cover what you and I consider valuable and timely
- Figuring out who you are, what you want to offer, your USP (unique selling point)
- How to niche to maximise your potential
- Social Media – how to use it to build your business
- Market Research – what it can show you and how you can use it
- Marketing your business with the use of website, newsletters, blogging, literature and other forms of promotion
- Figuring out pricing packages for your business
- Building a client list
- Business administration – finance/ issues to consider
- Preparing your bio & elevator pitch
Package includes:
- Two x 60 minute Coaching sessions via Skype or phone, or somewhere local to me if you would like face to face sessions (where together we will put a realistic action plan into place, giving you steps towards making positive changes for you and your business)
- An optional 15 minute follow up call after the 2nd session to review your progress and set your next action steps
- Email support for 30 days from the date of your last session
