Balanced in terms of work/home life. This is something I have always struggled with, but it’s my mission this year to find a balance and make the most of both times by being Focused on them each at the time. I’m expecting this to be the biggest challenge of my year, but one I am hoping to be able to achieve.

I spend a lot of time working on Busy-ness instead of my BUSINESS and that stops this year! I want my business successful and growing and that can’t happen with me flitting around all over the place.
